For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At NtS Sports we process the information provided by interested parties in order to promote the products on the website owned by NtS Sports and to maintain direct contact by email or telephone. We also process the information provided for the execution of contracts for the promotion and sale of the products offered by NtS Sports, when these cases occur.

In order to be able to offer you products and services in accordance with your interests, we will create a "commercial profile" based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or its deletion is not requested by the interested party for a period of two years from the last confirmation of interest.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the sales contract for the requested products and services that appears in your order portfolio, according to the terms and conditions that appear on the contracting page of your order.

The sending of newsletters of the products and services offered by NtS Sports is based on the consent that is requested from you, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditioning the execution of the subscription contract and/or the consulting services.
